Clouds: A very interesting element in nature and in photography and that is practically at our disposal every day. Every time you go for a walk or a trip to never forget the camera ... in the clouds panoramic images have a very important role and can create images that might otherwise be flat.
Many different types of clouds, so many great pictures ...
The hard part is knowing how to assess exactly what point and in particular where "take" the light: in fact the meter is adapted to the stage framed and sometimes, as you will certainly have, the clouds are "burned" as well as other areas of the image brighter without any particular vice versa, if you "get" the light on the areas bright image (eg clouds illuminated by the Sun), everything else will be too dark (silhouette) and again without details, which sometimes still has a great visual effect.
One way of capturing all the details is that the bracketing is to take at least three photographs, one underexposed, one overexposed and one with right exposure, by then combine with one of the many processing software, to obtain a single image with light areas and dark areas perfectly balanced.
To give effect to the size of your photograph considered to maximize the sky in the frame: generally tends to divide the frame in half with a try instead 1 / 3 of view and 2 / 3 of the sky. .. see the difference ...
Here are some my pictures ...
